Note:since the time my friend Mohini told me about her God 'Krishna' I got curious about him at first and then never knew when He took hold of my mind!So,I had to go and see Him and so I went to ISKON Temple on the Soho street here today and was further charmed by Him.In that state of mind, this poem has come to me.
THE DIVINE INTRUDER..
Why have you come in my life
suddenly like the breeze of May?
why have you chosen for meeting me
Your own glorious birthday?
I didn't know how you came to know
That your sweet smile makes me mad,
But to take advantageof a girl's weakness,
Don't you know,it is so bad?
How I wish to be that flute
Which your lips touch so lovingly!
Oh,play upon me and please make
My whole being a sweet melody!
But who is that girl clinging to you,
As if you belong only to her?
Though jealousy should have no place in love,
Yet in my heart it does flutter.
Why my heart goes out to you
When it already houses a lover?
Whether real,virtual or etherial,
you have over me a tremendous power!
Or,are you Jesu in this form
Bluish like a newly formed water-laden cloud?
Oh,whoever you are,you are my Lord,
And to be your girl makes me proud!

This is a devotional song dear. I really loved it. Many of my poems reflect same feelings. That are in Hindi. We feel the same.

You are gifted by very high devotion. This is rare experience as far as I know and read in Indian philosophical and devotional books. You are really blessed you feel this way. This devotion is eternal love.

I liked what Mohini wrote... it's somewhat devotional.
Love is devotion.May it be Krishna or Christ,they were here to spread love and peace.Seems like you found both lately.Nice poem Portia. :)
